1. Decide whether you want to submit orders in our free software, Workstream DS, or by placing your images in folders by size wanted.
2. If you choose Workstream DS, you can download the free software from our website. You will also want to download the Lab Configurations, all sizes. This will set up Workstream DS so you can FTP your orders to us (File Tranfer Protocol). Install the program first, then click double click on the Lab Configuration, and the software will walk you through installation.

3. If you choose not to use Workstream DS, you will need to create a main folder and name it to your name and phone number. You will create a folder INSIDE that folder and name it the size print you want. You will need to place all the images that you want for that size and crop each image.
IMAGES SHOULD BE IN RGB MODE AND 8 BITS - which is what your camera records in. See example below. |
